Our field trip of this time is Lampang. We went there by train at six o'clock in the morning. It's my first time to travel by train. There is a tunnel in Lamphun called Khun Tan tunnel. It is the longest of Thailand's seven railway tunnel. I made a wish when we went through there. Then we arrived the Lampang train station and went to an important temple in northern Thailand. It's Wat Pong Sanuk. There is a city pillar of Lampang. We listened to the teacher that they told us about the history of Lanna and the temple. There is a place to show us about the galaxy of the Buddhism. So we walked and looked around the temple. After that we went to another temple, Wat Chong Kham. We offering candle to the monks. We also had lunch there.
Before we went back to our home. We went to a ceramic company. First my group made a ceramic staff. We can choose one for ourselves and I chose a ceramic cup. We all paint on our own ceramic staff and we all had fun. We had to be careful because it's easy to be broken. Before they send our ceramic staff back to us, they will take it to fire in the kiln in 780 degree Celsius. Next there was a guide who bring us to look around the ceramic museum. She explained about the history of their ceramic company. She told us about the ceramic factory and how to to make a ceramic bowl. There are a lot of complicated processes for make a ceramic thing. Finally there was a little shop for buy souvenir to back home.
